No payment is taken at checkout. 

We will work your order as follows.

You will receive an email on placing the order online.

Your order is now being processed.

Step 1 - Stock availability is  checked.

Step 2 - We will email you a Lets Grow and Montessori Door to Door order confirmation.

            Payment is required when you receive the order confirmation.

             You have the option to pay using Paypal,Visa, Cheque,Postal Order or Bank Transfer

Step 3 - We will process your order and  send it to you by courier.

How long before I receive my order.
Your order is sent by next day courier within 5-10 working days after receipt of payment.
Orders are sent out Thursday or Friday for delivery the following Monday or Tuesday.
At certain times order processing times and delivery dates are extended due to high volume of orders or holidays.  
Expected delivery dates are an indication only and do not form part of our contract.

Handling Fee
A Handling Fee of 5.99 Euro is applied and covers freight costs.

Back Orders
Goods not available when you receive your order can be cancelled or placed on back order.
A handling fee, as shown above, is applied to the back order.

Stock Availability
We will contact you confirming the products that are in stock and the lead time on any products that have to be ordered in.
We carry a large stock of materials, however it is not possible to have the full range in stock.

Online Quotations
Quotations are done online.
Register for login on homepage.
Login using username and password
Add items to cart and proceed to checkout.
Click Submit.
In special instruction box type "Quote only"
Click Purchase button to complete the checkout process.
No money is taken or contract implied.
The quotation shows on screen.
Print out the quote.
The quote is valid for 30 days from date of quotation.

Offline Quotations
Quotations sent to Lets Grow to type up are charged a handling fee.
The fee is typically 10 euro per quote.
This fee is returned when the order is placed.
This service in currently suspended due to the high demand for grant applications.
Only online quotations are available until further notice.
