You have ten days from receipt of goods to inform us in writing if
an item is missing, damaged or you wish to return it for any other
reason.
Claims outside this period may not be accepted.
We are happy to give you a credit note or refund for any stock item
that we agree to you returning undamaged, in its original packaging
and at your own expense.
A 20% handling charge will be charged.
We will not accept goods returned without prior authorisation or in a
non saleable condition.
